Understanding The Relationship Between Ice And Temperature

  • First warming made ice melt at both poles
  • Then warming made Arctic ice melt, and Antarctic ice grow
  • Now warming makes ice grow at both poles

Expect a pop quiz tomorrow

I know , I know the answer call on me oh, oh, call on me! It’s , it’s all of the above!

    • MrX says:

No, no, it’s not multiple choice. It’s a riddle! lol I think the answer is the effect of the hot air that Al Gore spews on a daily basis. That’s gotta be it. It’s Al Gore.

  2. BallBounces says:

No, no, I’ve got it — global warming causes pop to freeze, no wait, to warm, no wait, to lose its fizz!!!

  3. Dave N says:

I know the answer already: increasing CO2 emissions causes everything, and anything; even comets smashing into other planets.

It most likely warps the minds of alarmists; that would certainly explain their beliefs.

    • MrX says:

You know… if they made a show about climate change and replaced every mention of CO2 with “aliens”, how would the show be different from Ancient Aliens?

      • LeeHarvey says:

You know… if you shaved Giorgio Tsoukalos’ head, he would bear an uncanny resemblance to Michael Mann.

    • Baa Humbug says:

Most importantly, warming causes me to drink beer.
“DAMN YOU WARMING!!!” (shakes fist in air)

  4. kirkmyers says:

The “climate change” gloom-and-doomers are becoming increasingly desperate as they struggle to rescue their sinking theory. The only thing changing is the name of their bogeyman, which has morphed from “Global Warming” to “Climate Change” to “Climate Disruption” as the planet continues to not warm.

Many of the seasonal models are projecting another cold winter for large swaths of the Northern Hemisphere. The AGWers, of course, will blame the cold weather on a hidden global warming trend that magically produces both warm and cold periods. The alarmists abandon science long ago; now they peddle fairy tales that uncontaminated minds find amusing.

  5. Sparks says:

It’s an orbital relationship on a planetary scale.

  6. tom0mason says:

Now the warming ice makes the climate darn cold but energy prices ‘skyrocket’.

    • rah says:

Especially for those in the east this winter. Their power gen stations will be paying through the nose for natural gas if we have another winter like last because they’re at the end of the supply chain.

  7. Margaret Berger says:

Can I have another guess? It’s George Bush’s fault.

  8. Jimmy Haigh says:

And don’t forget that it’s our CO2 which is causing all of the warming.

  9. Chris BC says:

Now that there is funny !!

  10. You didn’t figure gravity into it. Ice is lighter than water so it floats to the north pole. Global warming means the ice melts and sinks to the south pole.

  11. nielszoo says:

I’m going with racism as the cause… that seems to cover the same ground as CO2.

(fyi You can only have a pop quiz in Berkley now if it’s less than 24 ounces… Nanny Bloomberg strikes again.)

  12. catweazle666 says:

    It’s magic, obviously!

  13. gator69 says:

CO2, the white man of the molecular world.

  14. Margaret Berger says:

Jimmy, I think you are on to something. Our CO2 causes the warming and China’s CO2 causes the cooling . China is putting out more CO2 than we are so their CO2 is canceling out our CO2 resulting in the missing heat and the current pause.
