Who’s Side Are They On?

Breitbart massively screwed up the Obama Dystel story, by headlining the 1991 brochure instead of the 17 years of promoting Obama as being born in Kenya. They had one chance to blow Obama away, and they completely screwed it up.

Fast forward to Daily Caller, who have a video of a racist Obama speech, and are making it an exclusive on their web site in some idiotic format which only plays in Internet Explorer.

Put the damn video on YouTube. What is wrong with you people?

If Obama gets re-elected, Daily Caller and Breitbart both deserve a front pedestal in the End of America hall of shame.

  1. Daily Caller is the web site that came out with the erroneous Michele Bachmann “incapacitating headaches” story.

Drudge has a direct link but YouTube would help.

  3. Mike Mangan says:

They’re doing what they can to get Jeremiah Wright back into view again…

You must have been a wonderful teammate, ya sniper. At least they’re trying. That video works fine in Chrome, btw.

  4. I know Daily Caller was trying to funnel all traffic for it onto their web site, but……

these things have a way of ending up on YouTube:

  5. RoHa says:

    That sould be “Whose side”.
And bad as Obama is, the other guy is worse. US politics are even more of a horror show than ours.

  6. RoHa says:

And that should be ‘That should be “Whose side”’, not “sould”.
    Phil’s Law strikes again.

Free speech is on the line. This site and many like it will be gone if Obama wins.

    • I dont think so gator. America wouldn’t want that. He wouldnt be able to go that far.

But he’s going to lose anyway. America will have a new beginning during the 8 years Romney is president. America has seen the direction it has been heading under Obama and they don’t want it.

      • gator69 says:

Then you have not been paying attention. The American people did not want Obamacare, but we got it. The American people did not want the EPA to have the power they have today, but they got it. Do you think the American people are against domestic energy production? The list goes on…

Ask the Australians how they feel about their carbon tax, or the fact that it is illegal for business owners there to blame price hikes on that carbon tax.

Did the Germans want to stuff Jews in ovens? Are the Germans happy with the speech restrictions they now have?

We are not talking about voluntary choices anymore. The UN (and many others) wants sites like this shut down, and Obama would be more than happy to facilitate that desire. He has made changes through executive orders in the past, and knows how to bypass congress to get what he wants.

George Orwell was not a comedic writer.

        • dmmcmah says:

And no thanks to the Republicans for all that. Nixon created the EPA, and its powers expanded through every administration since, including one GW Bush. Obama has expanded government by leaps and bounds but it was already expanding before he took office. I’m not even sure Romney would actually reduce government regulation all that much, maybe a few big things like keystone or coal plants but what about day to day harassment of businesses by OSHA or DOT? What about the overzealous nature of the Americans with disabilities act (again a Republican idea). The question of the American people being against all this, we’ll see won’t we? Its looking like a fairly comfortable Obama win at this point. Maybe Romney can turn things around with the debates.

        • Dewey Wins!

      • Obama is going to lose. And if Romney keeps his word Obamacare will be stopped.

People go to far with talk of Orwell. Orwell himself said he wasn’t as smart as people said. He was just making hid bad childhood experiences into a story.

      • gator69 says:

Thanks for backing me up dmmcmh! As we can plainly see, it is important who we place in the Oval Office. Even if I hated both candidates, I would still vote the lesser of two evils. One is going to be more constitutionally minded, and that is always my choice.

We know what Obama thinks of our constitution, and free speech.

      • America is not Germany. Relax.

      • I really don’t think Romney is that bad of a guy. He seems genuinely nice.

        • dmmcmah says:

Who cares if Romney is a great guy or not? The question is how would his policies impact people. Isn’t that part of the problem in this country? A lot of people are going to vote for Obama because he seems like someone they’d like to hang out with in his spare time.

        • Obama strikes me as possibly the most annoying personality on the planet. He seems like a complete douche bag.

        • dmmcmah says:

Well get used to it – he will win.

        • And the Arctic will be ice free.

        RELAX!

      • gator69 says:

“The problem is that the Administration’s position on free speech is ambiguous or—depending on your point of view—hypocritical. On the one hand, the White House endorses free speech; on the other, it supports measures to clamp down on free expression when it offends Muslims. The Administration’s own obsessive focus on denouncing the Innocence of Muslims YouTube video has helped create the problem. So has the Administration’s support of U.N. Human Rights Council anti-blasphemy Resolution 12/16.

Leaders of several Muslim countries sensed the weakness of the American position and were emboldened. They have pledged to use this session of the U.N. General Assembly to further advance the banning of perceived anti-Muslim expression.”

        Folks need to wake up.

  9. The sky is not falling.

Now have a nice day. 🙂

    • gator69 says:

It’s not the sky I am concerned about. The sky has never fallen. The default position of humanity is slavery, we are the exception to the rule, and as Reagan said, “If we lose freedom here, there is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on Earth.”

I have lived overseas twice, once in Germany, and what we have here is unique on this planet, and will not last if we are not eternally vigilant. You have seen what the alarmists have done and think there is no reason for concern? History is long on humanity in chains and short on freedom.

      History repeats itself.
