Hey, I think I see a row boat!!!
Two things for people to notice in that photo …
[1] Look at the World Trade Center towers (lower left side of the island) which were a quarter mile tall. Now imagine the glacier that stood two to four times taller. That monster ground Manhattan nearly flat down to the bedrock. All those dummies living there now are alive exactly because of the NATURAL climate change that occurred since.
[2] Look at Battery Park City which is that substantial addition to the left side of Manhattan adjacent to the WTC zone …
James Hansen will never even see that addition to Manhattan submerged, let alone an parts of the island proper. Steve, I still haven’t found it but there exists an animated GIF someone did that portrays the changing outline of the island over the years, the manmade changes.
