Historically that was a mild drought according to geological records. Of course Europeans were not living there so it does not count. Climate conditions in the 30s and 40s no longer count because that is Pre IPCC ACC Chicken Little Brigade or ancient history and was caused by natural weather conditions which no longer exist except when convenient.
