Climate Superstition Is As Old As The Human Race

New high priests. Same superstition. Same old story. Your behaviour is causing the climate to misbehave. Repent or die.

The only difference with the current superstition is that this time there is no evidence – outside of some computer models and a nature trick.

  1. Now I understand why we’ve never seen a photo of Little Joe Romm and Ichabod Crane together.

Seriously, though, there’s never been a bigger threat to the U.S. than CAGW. I’m not worried about the warming, not in the least. However, we should all be very worried about the expensive (and enslaving) schemes to fight this imaginary problem. Also, it burns me up to know how many kids they’ve frightened with their apocalyptic nonsense. Even worse, some scaremongers are fully aware of the truth, and dash about scaring the kids (and anyone else who’ll listen) just to make a buck or two or a billion (yes, I’m talking about you, Al Gore).

Just wondering , was there some evidence for the Aztecs or the MAyans?

  3. Why do the current priests all look like Homer Simpson?
