With the PDO having a periodicity of 60 years + or – some say as much as 20 years each way. this shift seems to have happened real close to the 30 year marl from the 1975 Pacific Climate Shift. It is easier to see in retrospect so it will take another 30 years to see the extent and determine the dating of this period.
