They are right 2010 will reach record levels. Whether it is 10 warmest or 30th coldest in 150 years it replaces some other year for that place in the record books unless it ties then it becomes a record for tying for that place.

A fairly balanced assessment.
GISS will make 2010 #1, and I predicted that months ago. No one else will.
This is the Met office prediction for the next few years, basically red hot.
