    Oh no……

Now the alarmist headlines tomorrow will read: “Hawaiian glaciers completely melted to nothingness today, Arctic is next!!!”

The brainless twits will declare it a holiday.

  3. AndyG55 says:

Its fun when both Hemispheres get unusual snow at the same time, isn’t it.

The Gerbil’s will not be happy.

In the 70’s my parents brought me back a “Ski Hawaii” T-shirt….I guess its a still a thing of the past

Snow in Hawaii in summer. Near record cold and snow in Australia.

Talking points in Pairs? …… I doubt it.

  6. Andrew S says:

Yet another example of increased temp. gradient w/r/t altitude.

  7. This proves there’s global warming,
It’s just going through a cooling trend,
    You see warmer means colder,
Is that so hard to comprehend?
And the snow that that is falling
    Is probably imaginary stuff,
    The alarmists will confirm this
If you try to call their bluff!

  8. Dave N says:

Alarmist headlines: “Glo-bull warming causes snow in Hawaii in the middle of summer..”

That is seriously no joke… expect it; they have no brains.

  9. Robertv says:

If all the heat is hiding in the deep ocean then there will be none left to warm the high mountain zones all around the globe.

There is NOT supposed to be snow on that mountain at this time of year.

My astronomer parents were the founders of these observatories (my dad began exploring the idea for a Hawaii observatory complex way back in 1962) and I have visited them there during the summer in the past and it is always cool up there but NO SNOW IN SUMMER.

You just never know in the mountains once you get above the tree line and even in some places like Mt. Washington that aren’t that high up. Came off Washington in blinding freezing rain and then snow in Sept one year after it has been 70 deg near the summit just an hour before. The weather in such places is always liable to go bi-polar on one at anytime.

  12. emsnews says:

Not in Hawaii in SUMMER. Sheesh. This is yet another sign of planetary cooling.

  13. emsnews says:

Yup, it happened often during the cold 1970’s. Just like on Kitt Peak, too.

  14. Caleb says:

Heard about this snow on the Ice Age Now site, and wrote a sort of semi-spoof on how to counter the fact the Mainstream Media avoids covering such events. They never mention snow in July, unless they absolutely have to. Perhaps they are allergic, and it makes them break out into a rash.

Also grounded in Hawaii (from the Solar Impulse 2 website):

IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO OVERHEATED BATTERIES PUSHES THE SECOND HALF OF ROUND-THE-WORLD SOLAR FLIGHT TO APRIL 2016

Welcome to the zero “carbon pollution” world.
