He probably qualifies for a huge grant to study why his “projection” failed to materialize.
I sometimes think that they maybe mix up Greenland and Greenland Ranch. It could explain reports of extreme heat and melting in Greenland. 🙂
That mean temperature N of 80°N still remains below the mean (if you can work out what that means).

Why is it a 30 year average when the period measured is 22 years (1979 – 2000)?
Where does it say it’s a 30-year average?
