Even Carl Rove and Bill O’Reilly say the content is protected, but the fact of the communication is not. That is a ridiculous and arbitrary distinction–if it is the law, it’s yet another incompetent, tyrannous law. And another reason not to blindly follow Rove or O’Reilly, or their like.
