If we were in the end throws of a glacial period these alarmists would be wringing their hands about ice melting from the Canadian prairies.
At least in the year 1900 the events reported here would not inspire kook cultism.
The Athabasca glacier in the Canadian Rockies started receding, records show, around 1843. More than a 100 years before the IPCC report(s) suggest AGW kicked off. The 2007 IPCC report was specific. The report says 1976 was the start date of the warming.
The big question: what was causing the warming over the 100 years.
Dr. Patzelt also reveals glacier advances and retreats in the Alps throughout the Holocene,in areas that are presently covered by glaciers.

The obvious explanation is that current emissions time-traveled back to the 19th Century to melt glaciers. I am guessing that today’s “missing heat” may have been sucked back also.
I am currently designing a small man-carrying pod, similar to a bathysphere, but surrounded by tanks of high pressure CO2. I believe that I should be able to transcend both time and space while traveling in it. I am tentatively naming it the “TARDIS.” (Total Alarmists Randomly Dispensing Ignorant S%*t)

The Little Ice Age, and the subsequent warming, were 100% natural; but now climate change is claimed to be 100% anthropogenic.
Mother Nature is extremely happy with alarmists diverting the blame. Instead of her being blamed for melting the ice, progressive drongoes (Aussie slang for morons) are blaming humans burning coal. And Mother Nature produced the coal in the first place!!!
