Back in the early 1970s while I was in the US Air Force, and through my work, I had occasion to speak with an NSA System Analyst. He told me that once they had the information in a database, they could do anything they wanted with it (write an algorithm). Wide band recording was in its infancy back then. Try to imagine what they can do now.
