   Was just at the New Jersey shore yesterday, & no way is there a +1or2° anomaly. That water was easily 10°F below normal.

   I’ve stated before that we need to wait until the middle of July to see if the Nino 3.4 index swings back towards a La Nina.
   Well here we are, the middle of July and it seems to have swung.
