In the old days, rain was always evenly distributed. Now it is always too much or too little. (sarc).
I shouldn’t have to use the “sarc” label, but believe it or not, those brainwashed by alarmists are actually stupid enough to buy into such nonsense.
Rain no longer has anything to do with drought conditions. The ground is either magically damp or dry. NOAA just looks in their crystal ball to see if drought is happening in any region. You are not seeing the science correctly! 😉 Wet sidewalks cause rain!
