1927 was in a pre-historic time, when humans were incapable of measuring anything. Thus all records of any floods during 1927 needs to be deleted from the history books. They simply could not have occurred when CO2 was below 350 PPM.
No, they just need to be adjusted, so that it looks like the floods never occurred, since everyone knows that extreme events happen only since AGW came into play.
