It has been too cold for the snow to melt. When it does start melting, the 150% of normal snowpack is going to cause some flooding.

    ABSTRACT: At around 2040-2050 we will be in a new major Solar Minimum. It is to be expected that we will then have a new “Little Ice Age” over the Arctic and NW Europe.

      This is part of the reason why I bought a house in FL. I’d like to get 10 more. If we do progress into a noticeable MIA, we may finally see true climate refugees fleeing the upper Eastern seaboard.
