I used to like Bill Nye a lot. Most of the time his show was fun. But now his alarmism verbiage, and playing the appeal to authority card, has just about turned me completely off to him.

Also, I’ve been to the Chabot Space & Science Center in Oakland. I was there at the grand opening. I saw Alex Filippenko talk about the accelerating expansion of the Universe there. Saw some nice documentaries. The next time I’m there I won’t rush to see Bill Nye’s exhibit.
2007 to 2010….can’t hide THAT decline. Were it not for something called Climategate, the line would have been straight, unlike theirs.
