The UK has similar problems with high-school leavers. And yet it’s never the system or methods used that’s the problem, always a lack of funding. Too many rent-seekers out there.
I’m pretty sure the group in the Fox article and the alarmist group have overlapping subsets.

I’m dunno about Global Warming but I’m becoming a bit of an expert on local warming. I’ve learnt that being cold at home is not particularly pleasant but can be mitigated with a few simple tips.
Tip 1: make loads of cash. Sadly, being neither a politician or climatologist, this is not an option for me.
Tip 2: rig your meter to cut your bills. Sorry again. I’m too honest/cowardly to go down that road.
Tip 3: using a blend of Physics and Economics, get yourself down to your local charity shop. Buy slightly well-worn, but effective, clothing contributed by the relatives of those 300 , recently deceased and aged hypothermics and swaddle yourself in low-conductivity.
Tip 4: cease to exist.
