They didn’t say what the chain of events was.

All the confreres for the discussion of imaginary problems leads to excess infidelity which allows more exposure to sexually transmitted diseases. Now we need to find a way to BAN known drugs that combat those diseases and we can cure the imaginary problems by reducing the number of promoters.
They may be sharing needles for their drugs also!
