The Russians could take an ice breaker over there and take care of that minor ice problem! They do it all the time on their side of the Arctic Ocean. 😉

I hope you’re not insinuating that the Russians are lending a “helping hand” to some of the observed loss of Arctic Ocean ice in the last few years. What possible incentive would they have to do that? It’s not like there are billions of dollars worth of natural resources waiting to be exploited if the ice “just happened” to melt away…….
