    One side refuses to raise taxes. The other side refuses to cut programs. The deficit is over $14 trillion and rising every day.

    The American people and politiicans on both sides are still in denial about deficits. It’s hard to believe that the path we are on can lead to a happy ending.

    Yes, we’re surely in trouble if we turn away from the Precipice. Can’t we could just pretend we’re two idiotic Women in a movie, and rocket over the edge into a blissful future?
