Describing himself as surprised and deeply humbled, Obama said he would accept the award as a “call to action” to confront the global challenges of the 21st century.
……
The Norwegian Nobel Committee praised Obama for “his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples,” citing his fledgling push for nuclear disarmament and his outreach to the Muslim world.
Obama, a Democrat who took office as the first black U.S. president in January, has been widely credited with improving America’s global image after the eight-year presidency of George W. Bush, who alienated both friends and foes with go-it-alone policies like the 2003 U.S.-led invasion of Iraq.

Roto-Rooter, Reuters, what’s the difference? They both shovel the same crap. This so-called news agency (completely dispelled by that quoted commentary there) is worst than Pravda, today or during the Soviet era. They are one of the main reasons that the print and online news media is in such bad shape. Since they serve as a common denominator for many papers and websites, when their propaganda appears in the byline it assures a consistent, uniform presentation – that of leftist socialist progressive propaganda and psychobabble. I encourage them to continue! They can serve as casket nails for the mainstream media.
When Reuters tries to do facts they invariably get them wrong too. Barry Hussein is not black, at best we know that he is half-white so he is at most a halfrican (Wiki: Mulatto denotes a person with one white parent and one black parent …). I don’t understand why white folks don’t take offense to racist statements like this one from Reuters that disregards his white half in such a callous manner. It is certainly intentional.
Of course that leads to another can of worms, the fact that Barry is so ashamed of his black half that he has hidden the birth certificate that he himself says in his book that he found. So the potential exists that his father is also not 100% black, meaning that Barry Hussein is < 50% black, which would also mean, wait for it, Barry may actually be mostly white!
hehehe 😉
