I would love to see the email traffic from the usual suspects on this one…….
What it actually points out is the amount of easy money available to `climate scientists’ that are in the right camp. They can’t figure out where to spend it. Every funding proposal has money allotted for travel….. professional development. If you were to have several funding requests approved suddenly you have conferences up the ying-yang.
After you exhaust the usual suspects, then get a few invites to others (all expenses paid), your left searching for others.
The scamers(sp) would have more success if the venues were of a more tropical nature.
The scientists would all want to get away from the warm-cold global warming. 🙁

That is the way I see it Mike. They are proven gullible by falling for CAGW in the first place and/or they leap at any chance to stand on a soap box. After all, they are saving the world and redesigning all of civilization….
