Well, if you are concerned about the noisiness of La Nina over such a short-time period, why not use a longer average, like 30 years?

Yes, well technically, you’ve shown a 31 year trend, but ok, a little over a degree a century, El Ninos and La Ninas alike. So what? BTW, you’re reading the graphs wrong, that’s 0.13 degrees/decade for the first graph.
Of course, that avoids the question posed, can we stop this non-trend trend with the draconian proposals being offered? Of course, not. But everyone knows this.
The long term trend is more like 0.6C/century

If you start in 1979, that is right in the heart of own “Little Ice Age”, which ran roughly from 1960 to 1980 (was an unusual cool period). That is cherry picking at its finest!
