Those that are in favor of restrictions to fight Global Warming should remain home and Telecommute. The technology has improved dramatically and they would also save taxpayers money by serving their term from their homes. They would also be able to campaign from home via teleconference. Just think of the heating and maintenance costs that would be saved.
Start with federal government jobs and then move to state and local positions as most communications would be better electronically as there would be a permanent record of all transactions that can be locked with amendments added later when someone changes their mind!
