I didn’t realize that Obama had a “continuous stream of parties, golf trips and vacations.” Obviously you have a source that shows Obama has done thee things more than other recent presidents.
And somehow I think bicycling to various foreign nations or to even other states for official functions would cause other people to be upset with him for other reasons.

I don’t have confidence in anything coming out of the ANNENBERG foundation. They’re decidedly lefist.
One only needs to be observant to have noticed all of the overseas junkets and entertaining that this whitehouse has indulged in. It’s pretty easy to play games with stated Vacation days.
