Selfishness, self-centeredness is a common character defect in overachievers.

    • omanuel says:

Compared to Putin, Obama seems a complete dunce. The unanswered question is just this:

Why do National Academies of Sciences in the USA, Germany, UK, USSR, China, etc. all agree on standard models that are falsified by precise data, e.g.,?

      1. Ordinary stars make and discard H in stellar wind
      2. Neutrons repel, rather than attract, other neutrons
      3. Earth’s iron core formed first and accreted stone meteorites into the mantle
      4. Aston’s nuclear packing fraction is valid; Weizsacker’s nuclear binding energy is flawed.
      4. Etc, etc.

Behind the guise of national sovereignty, is a network of international deceit.

  2. gator69 says:

Obama had a father, he was just a drunk womanizer who abandoned women, children and principles. The dreams of Obama’s father had nothing to do with personal responsibility, and everyrthing to do with Obama’s father. The apple does not rot far from the diseased tree.

    • Gail Combs says:

Obama also had a step-father. He went to private schools and had his way cleared all his life. He has ZERO in common with ghetto blacks or the rural poor.

      • gator69 says:

Actually I think he has alot in common with ghetto blacks, and I speak from experience with both.

        • Gail Combs says:

Excuse me Gator but that is pure B.S.
          Obama did not go hungry.
Obama did not have drug/alc addicts trying to rape him
Obama was not running wild on city streets in ghettos with no supervision
Obama did not have to join a gang to keep from getting killed as a young boy/teen

Obama has more in common with the spoiled little rich kid whose parents (usually divorced) send him to private school for the winter and then to a camp for the summer. As a counsoler at one of those high priced camps I met kids who were lucky to actually live with their parents for a month or two a year. (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring break and a week or two before and after summer camp.)

It was the middle class who did not abandon their kids to be raised by outsiders but the Elite are busy changing that.

        • gator69 says:

Gail, I worked in E St louis for years while a student, and went into the worst ghettos. I went into the homes that had plywood on the doors to cover shotgun blast holes, homes with dirt floors, and homes so filled with vermin that the walls crawled.

Those blacks did not go hungry, they ate better than I did.
Those blacks did not have drug/alc addicts trying to rape them any more than anyone else who wandered into their neighborhoods, and Obama was a drug dealer.
Obama certainly runs wild today with no supervision, and likely did then too.
Obama is part of a gang that continues to get young boys/teens killed.

Obama is a thug, he is the leader of the most dangerous gang on the planet, and works at keeping ghettos and addictions alive.

    • Cowboy79 says:

“President Obama was abandoned by his parents during childhood. Now he exhibits the textbook symptoms of NPD. He thinks his powers are godlike in import; “I have a gift, Harry,” Obama once told Sen. Harry Reid. He believes he is entitled to positions of power and prestige. He has never worked a real job in his life, yet deigns to tell the rest of us that he embodies our hopes and dreams. He is obsessed with nonsensical utopian fantasies of one-world peace and harmony in which nuclear weapons are beaten into plowshares.”

      • omanuel says:

Regretfully, I think Obama is but a puppet, put in office because of his racial background. To understand the big game plan, we need to know who pulls the strings on this puppet?

  3. omanuel says:

The flood gates are closed against the rising Mississippi River here in Cape Girardeau, MO today. We have flood gates because the water level of the Missippi routinely rises and falls.

Although humans are fortunate to live on a water-covered planet 1 AU from a giant fountain of energy that sustains our lives by providing food and energy in a moderate climate, humans now live in constant fear of disaster rather than in appreciation of their good fortune.

Thanks to Climategate emails that surfaced in late Nov 2009, we know world leaders generate false fears in the population, but we do not know why.

    • Keitho says:

Yes, that is the real bugger in all of this. Why are these people so set on deceiving us and determined to ration our energy? It is such obvious dishonesty that only the credulous and childlike could believe their nonsense yet they forge onwards with the support of large pieces of our media and politicians of many stripes to say nothing of royalty and the entertainment industry.

I hate this but the powers that be are indifferent to those who see the nakedness of their position. Why are they doing it?

      • Gail Combs says:

This may help you on the question of WHY?

        E. M. Smith (trained as economist) on “Evil Socialism” vs “Evil Capitalism” It will change how you look at corporations, the US government and the subject of capitalism.

        Definition of Capitalism:

Capitalism is a social system based on the recognition of individual rights, including property rights, in which all property is privately owned.

The recognition of individual rights entails the banishment of physical force from human relationships:

basically, rights can be violated only by means of force. In a capitalist society, no man or group may initiate the use of physical force against others. The only function of the government, in such a society, is the task of protecting man’s rights, i.e., the task of protecting him from physical force; the government acts as the agent of man’s right of self-defense, and may use force only in retaliation and only against those who initiate its use; thus the government is the means of placing the retaliatory use of force under objective control. link

Was Karl Marx and his philosophy about helping the ‘down-trodden’ or was it really about helping the Elite re-enslave the middle class that had escaped serfdom? My comment (SWAG) on the Karl Marx.

Co-founder of the Fabian Society, George Bernard Shaw on what socialism really is. (This gets scrubbed from the internet frequently)

“Under Socialism, you would not be allowed to be poor. You would be forcibly fed, clothed, lodged, taught, and employed whether you liked it or not. If it were discovered that you had not character and industry enough to be worth all this trouble, you might possibly be executed in a kindly manner; but whilst you were permitted to live, you would have to live well.”

George Bernard Shaw: The Intelligent Woman’s Guide to Socialism and Capitalism, 1928, pg. 470)

“The moment we face it frankly we are driven to the conclusion that the community has a right to put a price on the right to live in it … If people are fit to live, let them live under decent human conditions. If they are not fit to live, kill them in a decent human way. Is it any wonder that some of us are driven to prescribe the lethal chamber as the solution for the hard cases which are at present made the excuse for dragging all the other cases down to their level, and the only solution that will create a sense of full social responsibility in modern populations?”

Source: George Bernard Shaw, Prefaces (London: Constable and Co., 1934), p. 296.

Is Shaw talking about cattle or chattel? Sure sounds a lot like slavery doesn’t it ?

John Holdren, Obama’s Science Czar along with Ehrlich and Anne H. Ehrlich (Stanford Univ) wrote something similar

“The fetus, given the opportunity to develop properly before birth, and given the essential early socializing experiences and sufficient nourishing food during the crucial early years after birth, will ultimately develop into a human being. Where any of these essential elements is lacking, the resultant individual will be deficient in some respect.”

Source: Human Ecology: Problems and Solutions ( San Francisco: W.H. Freeman, 1973 ), p. 235.

Note: Two other co-founders of the Fabian society H.G. Wells and Bertrand Russell set up Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs. Holdren chaired the Pugwash Conferences’ executive committee from 1987 to 1997.

        Shaw also said:
“Socialism is the same as Communism, only better English.”

    • Michael 2 says:

Agent Smith in “Matrix” explains it well enough.

People will follow a leader but only in the circumstance they feel like following anyone, anywhere, for any reason. That reason is “fear”. When you are happy you’d rather be fishing, boating, hiking, doing almost anything other than giving money to a political leader.

You are also likely to follow a celebrity; but fear is more immediate.

  4. omanuel says:

The totalitarian government – ruling the people by deceit disguised as “consensus science” – seems to be much like that George Orwell described in the futuristic novel he started writing in 1946:

But the novel does not describe the tension and fear of looming disaster that pervades society today. I suspect we may witness an enactment of the classic battle between good and evil, selfishness and selflessness, and although I do not understand the game plan I am confident that the oldest scriptures will again be confirmed:

I do not know the game plan, but I doubt if it is that voiced by an unusually talented and alert recent psychology graduate who believes Earth is about to be invaded by aliens.

    • Michael 2 says:

Omanuel says “But the novel does not describe the tension and fear of looming disaster that pervades society today.”

Actually, it does. The enemy was Oceania, but sometimes changed. Also the enemy was Goldstein, whose actual existence, even in the novel, is uncertain but doesn’t matter. People needed to fear an enemy in order to give allegiance to the government and take their eyes off the lies.

The book revolves around the Ministry of Truth; changing history so that today’s claims seem to be true. This blog describes those very actions happening as we write. What can you do about it? Not much. It is a cycle and the cycle must play out. Honor can abrogate its throne to dishonor, but dishonor never abrogates. It must be lost, usually in war, and the throne of honor re-established for a generation or two maybe three.

  5. Cowboy79 says:

    Um. Yes.

“He sees himself in very world historical terms, which means A) because he’s an amateur, he doesn’t know very much, and B) because he’s a narcissist, he doesn’t listen,” Krauthammer said.”

  6. Aphan says:

Doesn’t Barack Obama talk about himself every day?

Obama DID grow up without a father for the most part because his mother kept taking him back and forth from one University to another during her studies and so his grandfather was pretty much the constant “male” in his life.

    • Gail Combs says:

My Dad was a traveling salesman. His territory was from Maine to Florida to the mid west. He was gone all week and every other weekend. That did not mean I did not have a father and a good relationship with him.

Now a days state regulated daycares are raising the kiddies and I do mean from infants on up. (We do kid’s entertainment and daycares are one of our frequent customers.)

      • Keitho says:

Like you Gail, my dad worked long hours but the time he spent with us as a family were golden. We didn’t see a lot of him but when he was home he gave us all of his attention and always stepped up when he had to. He was a great provider and a loving father and husband and our mum brought us up full time.

Why a woman wants to have her kids brought up by others is beyond me.

        • Gail Combs says:

Women’s lib brainwashed my generation of women. The Banksters via inflation made sure it took two adults to support a family. The goal as I showed above was to take the kids from parents who would train them to be thinking individuals and place them with daycares that train them to be good little slaves.

As I have said before we do entertainment for daycares. We see kids at these daycares as young as six months. To control large batches of kids they have to be taught to obey so we see the one, two, three and four year olds taught to line-up, to walk, to sit on command…. like good little soldiers. (can you say Hitler’s Youth?)

We have run into situations where the parents have told a child they could invite ONE best friend from school to their birthday party and the teacher intervened, telling the kid she/he had to invite ALL the children. BIG MESS ensues when an extra 30 or 40 or more kids show for a party of ten.

The whole idea is to kill individualism via make everyone the same and no one ‘special’ Now in US schools the gifted are bored out of their skulls and when they act up out of boredom they have their brains fried with drugs.

My comment on the drugging of our children.

        • gator69 says:

Gail, it does not take two parents to financially support a family, that is a lie that has been spead by the “Joneses”. And families are supposed to be planned, they are not a right of birth or marriage. The demise of the family unit is not the fault of the “Banksters”, it is the fault and purpose of the leftsters.

  7. Barack Obama,
    Full of self-adoration,
    Pity this misguided belief
    Is destroying the nation.

  8. ren says:

It will be extremely hot forecast for western North America. The range of the jet stream shows brown and red area. The cold will be in the North Atlantic, northern Europe and Russia.
