I wouldn’t do this dirty work for less than seven figures, so I choose to do it as a volunteer instead.

Black Helicopters Flying
Bwahaha. I always got a kick out of the “black helicopter” crowd.
We weren’t abducting people or mutilating cows, but we definitely used to do night ops in rural areas back when Blackhawks were brand new and obscure, and indeed, they were painted black! (or very dark grey, depending with whom you were flying) We spent a lot of time in Doc Hastings district, which was ultra right wing black helicopter-zog fearing country.
Now that every asshole is an “operator” and rotary wing assault has become ubiquitous, I guess it is no longer a conspiracy??
