Hey, I read that this morning and I thought it was a good thing. The kids are smoking unclassified things and winding up in hospitals. It took a while to get ‘Kat’? criminalized. So this new EU law is a catch all(I am not a fan of the EU). I have nothing against individual actions and pursuit of happiness and all that but the criminal activity that surrounds these “recreational drugs/activities” gets non-participants caught in the crossfire and puts people in the hospital.
You have to be kidding Paul. This is govt gone insane, yet another example. “Home gardeners who grow their own plants from non-regulated seeds would be considered criminals under this law.” First of all it is simply wrong, unless everyone in the EU is a ten year old. Also there is no chance they can afford this law, or enforce it, but if passed, they will spend what they do not have trying. Such laws are mindless, tyrannical, and evil.
If they tried that with the animal kingdom instead of the vegetable kingdom the outcry would be deafening. It is no less outrageous though.
‘The Patriot Act’ is ‘ We The People’ biggest problem. That Bill took your freedom away. All what is going on in the US is a derivative of this act. Without it Obamba NEVER would have been able to “Fundamentally Transforming the United States of America”.

MIAMI, FL – Drugs, weapons, illegal aliens all are welcome under a new directive. There is an ongoing, emergency situation with the U.S. Coast Guard, which is now an agency under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
