I know this report is inaccurate! No one in Arkansas knew how to write before the end of the civil war in 1957.
Arkansas should be in the 80s by now.
This would be consistant with global cooling. Why is this question never asked of the warmists? I would like to know how they think global cooling would manifest itself. Would it look like this?
Remember, folks, this is “weather,” not climate. Weather is only defined as climate when there’s a heat wave or drought or a hurricane slamming into the Eastern Seaboard. And don’t forget that any weather anomaly on the planet is the result of “climate change,” which magically began changing only after humans arrived and starting pumping nasty CO2 into the atmosphere.
When long term MONTHLY cold records are broken by 10 degrees, that is extremely impressive.
As Svensmark said, we will soon see just what kind of influence the Sun has on climate.

In the media, dozens of examples of cold weather anomolies can be countered by one dubious example of warm weather. The media doesn’t wear “rose” colored glasses; they wear flaming “red” glasses so that the temperature anomaly charts always look like there is warm weather everywhere.
