Some numskies in the UK, obviously on the payroll of the Carbon Credit industry in the City of London, have dreamt up a shareholder activism program to panic shareholder with stories about global warming taxes on coal and oil reserves and demands they contact their investment fund managers. The SEC should be investigating these guys the same as they did in the LIBOR, ENRON, Worldcom, Madoff and MF Global Scandals. Front running security prices, including carbon credit securities, is illegal in most jurisdictions.
Have they themselves panicked because the carbon credit price has hit 3 Euro and they stand to lose hundreds of Billions??
