That I see strength in some of their faces, after all they were put through, gives me hope.
No matter the circumstance, a few people are able to draw from a very deep well, and rise to the occasion.
I am humbled..
Surely that picture, with those hopeful and confident faces, was taken by the Americans who liberated them.
