Gore effect:
Hypothesis: that where ever the president spouts a lot of hot air about climate, it leads to a massive rising column of air and hence a low pressure system. This then drags in cold and warm air leading to precipitation. Secondly, that the climate extremists tend to select locations that have been unusually warm and so as what goes up comes down – they are very likely to turn cold. Thus the precipitation tends to be colder. (sarc off)
