Ever since Treyvon in Florida, Hispanic means white.
No, they (the FBI for example) have been doing this for quite a while. White means Hispanic when talking about the perpetrator, but does not mean Hispanic when talking about the victim. Thus you can inflate White perpetration rates while deflating White victimhood rates (or eliminate Hispanic perpetration rates while inflating Hispanic victimhood rates, depending on how you view this).
