This guy is a never ending source of unintended hilarity. What a pity though that he’s part of a government. Reminds me of the movie “Idiocracy” which is supposed to be about the future, but Hank here has brought it forward some centuries!
This is the guy I was thinking about, this morning, when Steve was discussing decreasing ice in the Arctic, and increasing ice in the Antarctic.
