As an amateur foodie, I would find them maddening to work with. You can have my Lamson Sharps and Wusthofs when you pry them from my cold (and likely slightly greasy) hands!
It would take about 60 seconds to sharpen the tip of that knife, but criminals would never do that.
It is an insult to every decent adult human when you tell them they can’t be trusted with a sharp object.
