JFK Jr. thinks that it doesn’t snow as much as it used to in Virginia, and that climate skeptics are at fault and should be prosecuted.
He grew up during the 1960s when snowfall peaked in Virginia, and isn’t intelligent enough to do any actual research.

Since JFK, successive generations of Kennedies have had progressively lower IQ’s.
My first thought also . America was deeply wounded when JFK was assassinated and to think none of the guilty were brought to justice is a stain from which we have yet to recover .

Like Gore and various wealthy cultists, they fail to recognize their pandering of recognition and wealth for agreeable researchers has achieved self fulfilled prophesy.
After the sad outcome of Rose Marie Kennedy, I would have thought members of this family would be more reticent of believing in scientific cultisms.
I lived in Virginia in the 1960’s. I remember the heavy snowfall in 1966 when we didn’t go to school for over 3 weeks! I moved back to Virginia on 1987-88 when it snowed every Sunday for 5 weeks and the ice built up on the unplowed streets 10 inches thick. Terrific! However, those memories are not DATA, they are MEMORIES. As you have said, Steve, we need research to make intelligent decisions. These stories that JFK Jr. and his ilk put out are based on emotion, not data.
When I was a young boy growing up in the Middle Atlantic in the 1960s, I remember a lot of snowfalls up to my waist. Now, not so much. It must be global warming…

Recall that JFK jr. managed to surpass Uncle Ted’s death toll, tripling it by taking out his wife, sister-in-law and himself.

During the 10 year period, from December 1957 until December 1967, DC averaged more that double the snowfall that they had during both the previous and following 10 year periods. Nearly double their long term snowfall average. If you grew up around DC during those years, you got the misleading impression that DC was a pretty snowy place. But both before and after, it was not nearly as snowy. That 10 year snowy period was the real anomaly.
I tend to remember and romanticize the snowy days of winter during my youth. I can hardly remember the dry frigid days. All in all I haven’t noticed the slightest difference in the weather over my entire lifetime.
