   SW USA, watch out, its heading your way! -29C this morning south of Calgary….but, it was a warmcold….and the 10 day outlook doesn’t paint a warm picture either….winter here is looking to be -2C below normal (D,J,F), that is unadjusted, unhomogenized, raw data….HOWEVER, James will show us above normal…
