    Why not? Did he not have a license in the cab?

    OT, but related to cars

    starting Monday, 2/14/11, “Cash for Plug-ins” program starts in US. Up to $7500.00 check given to anyone buying an electric car. Will no longer be up to $7500.00 in a tax credit to buy one.
