I have the flu so sitting in my chair watching mindless TV. So I didn’t have to watch another rerun episode of OPRAH, I decided to watch the movie CORE. The plot is that the earth’s core has stopped rotating, the earth’s magnetic field has collapsed, and the world will soon end. So the obvious solution is a trip to the core, set off a nuke on its edge which will get it rotating again.
As a 50yr retired engineer, this movie is a hilarious comedy. The ‘technology’ they use is SO ignorant, I can’t believe a 1st grader wouldn’t break down in laughter.
All during the movie I kept seeing parallels to the global warming scam we are living thru. So glad it is starting to crumble.
