Yup, they told us when we visited in ’82 that they would all be gone in my lifetime. I’m still alive, so there’s time yet for their fears to come true. My parents visited Banff and Jasper in the late ’90s and took a photo where my dad had stood as a child decades before. The glaciers there had retreated, but were still around. We’re still in an iceage.
