In California, there is no responsibility for government policies which have destroyed their cities – but all businesses are responsible for the climate.

The legislators are so enraptured with their opinions, that they are unwilling or unable to recognize there is no scientific confirmation that atmospheric CO2 drives climate in any measurable way.
The Global climate system is so complex, partially random and with many inter-related and undefined factors that such claims of certainty are unsound. A viewpoint supported by masses of empirical data that provide sound evidence that natural controls overwhelmingly drive climate change.
Even the political UN IPCC, in the body of its reports, state that climate modelling cannot give reliable prediction (deliberately omitted in the “advice for policy makers”).
Claims that climate science is settled is therefore a purely political statement.
Destruction of lifestyles and democracy founded on such policies will eventually be revealed to be unsoundly based, unnecessary and harmful.
