It is the peculiar conceit of most Presidents that anything good which happens while they are in office was their own accomplishment, and anything bad which happened while an opponent was in office was the opponent’s fault. In most cases there’s little truth to it.
Biden blaming the Covid deaths while Trump was President on Trump makes it fair to blame Biden for the Covid deaths while he was President. But it doesn’t make it right.
