You missed the one in the foreground with his backside pointed at the camera.
The weasel is having an in-flight meal at that location.
Please excuse question, but what am I looking for, bird small or large animal? It’s not a name I have encountered previously. I’m fairly certain it will not be the same species as a Cul Noir to be seen here.

A marked up image after a while would be nice. About a month ago a troop of four romped through my back yard. Urban deer are new on the scene. Didn’t see ’em in 1950 when I was a kid living in town.
Indiana did a white tail deer census a few years ago and found there were more white tails in the state than they found during the first deer census they took in 1895.
I see 7 with a good clean kill on at least 5 were it not for the developed property. 1 more needs to turn before shot so as to not mess up meat. Easy drag any way you look at it. Snow to facilitate clean up after field dressing. Winter wonder land, except for the buildings.
i saw at least 40 deer on the way home late yesterday after noon; four almost came across the road in front of us; always a thrill for me
