Hint: Distance from Ukraine to Russia is exactly as many miles (zero) as the distance between Mexico and the United States. And the Black Sea, where US warships have entered, is exactly as far away from Russia (and Ukraine) as the Gulf of Mexico is from the US. End of geography lesson.
Well, obviously, she did know. That’s why she suggested what she did. Ukraine was attempting to join western Europe. They have allowed Western Citizens to visit without visa for many years now. I’ve been there twice, visiting Kiev, Donetsk, Simferopol and Yalta on the Crimean peninsula. It’s certainly no place to go now. Under Soviet rule, Donetsk had been turned into something looking like another lefty hell hole: Detroit.

Seems that some people just hate it when Sarah Palin is correct. But she knows where it is – might want to ask Jimmah Cawtaw however. He is still trying to figure out where Israel is.

Putin was doing very well negotiating with the elected government of Ukraine and offering trade incentives. That is… while the Ukraine still had an elected government.
Do Tel. Putin was doing very well directing his puppet government in Ukraine. Until the majority of Ukrainians wanted the one thing Putin abhors others have – freedom. Why are you opposed to individual freedom?
