Summer time blues are setting in way down south during the depths of summer too ‘-)

NWS promised us snow and a high of 35 yesterday. That was when the sun was shining and the temperature was 43F at 10AM. I live between Rogersville and Newport and the worse we have had this winter is single digits at night for a few days. cold weather is right around the corner.
Perfectly normal summer day in Australia.
Warmists are alarmed out of their minds!!

That Janauary 1985 outbreak was probably the coldest of the 20th Century in the SE United States. Atlanta was -9, Raleigh was -9, Macon, GA was -6 and Jacksonville was +6. Teens al the way down to the orange groves.
Since I live out in the Northwest I was curious about the big freeze I heard so much from my grandfolks (now since passed away) I decided to Google it. And here is what I found:
If you want to talk about “unprecedented” then in 1930 the mighty Columbia River between Washington and Oregon froze over. Even a car could be driven on it or an airplane could land on the frozen river ice. It happened earlier in 1916, 1930, and 1949 as well.
