With record cold headed for the US, and Obama shutting down the coal industry to stop global warming – he says you can’t touch your thermostat without EU approval.

“We can’t drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times … and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK. That’s not leadership. That’s not going to happen.”

    The taxpayers are footing the White House heating bill (among other things), so as long as it’s not coming out of his pocket, what does he care.

    Totally fed up with all the Obama, UN, EU, climate/energy/immigration/banking/health insurance/fire arms ban bull shit.
    For those who missed out on the total picture, all these subjects are connected.
    Our Governments have declared war on their own citizens in the name of saving the planet.
    Every dollar you pay in taxes is used against you.

    A country without a vibrant middle class is politically dead.

    If we don’t stop this madness we’re in for hard times.

    The establishment is planning a slaughter house.

    Talking of cold where is Viner who said snowfalls in the UK would just be a thing of the past. If the weathermen are correct then expect more by the weekend. This is becoming a very regular event each winter. Viner was a fool.

    • I got stuck on a train outside Cambridge on Robbie Burns Night 2003, when the “thing of the past” returned to England. The M11 was a giant parking lot that night.
