These people need to give up wheat. I have lost 50lbs since August just by giving up grains.
Wow. Took me a year to lose 30lbs by cutting wheat, though the first 20lbs was in about 2 months. If I’d lost 50lbs, I’d have worried I had a tapeworm or something.
