ACA and Dodd-Frank are Enabling Acts, giving dictatorial power to Washington. JUST LIKE the Reichstag gave Hitler Ermächtigungsgesetz, except Hitler got it all in one fell swoop. We are on the same road as Germany in 1933. To people who know history, it is rather obvious.
