Last Friday, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Obama abused his power last year by declaring the Senate was in recess so he could appoint his cronies to the NLRB. This is unprecedented in American history. Obama zombies, please don’t bother claiming Bush did the same thing. He didn’t. No president has ever done this. Note in the following AP report the decision as being a victory for Republicans rather than We the People (the Constitution).
